Access: On foot: From Panoráma Camping, Orfű or the Village Hall, Orfű following the path as shown on the map (1750 m / 130 m climb)
By car: Arriving from Pécs, take the road towards Orfű, arriving from Orfű take a right turn before reaching the main road to Pécs. The location of the parking areas and the walking path to the assembly area is shown of the map below.
Parking: Please follow the instructions of the competition officials when entering the parking areas and parking.

Finish-Start: 600 m / 30 m climb following the blue-white markings.

Map: 1:7500, contour interval 5m.
Terrain: Forest with karstic depressions, dense road network, various coverages and generally good runnability.
Potentially dangerous areas are marked at the terrain!
After SI-readout all competitors are invited to participate in a fortune race at the assembly area. No previous registration is required.
Heading north, lost competitors can reach Rácz tanya or the main road connecting Pécs and Abaliget.

Control descriptions

 

Afternoon and evening programme:

Panoráma Camping Orfű: Performance of the Croatian folk dance group from Pélmonostor
Venue: at the stage in Panoráma Camping. The dance show will take place between 19:00 and 20:00.

Prize-giving ceremony for the daily winners in Panoráma Camping at the big tent from 20:00, followed by Disco until 24:00.

Parallel event:

Night-O, Kertész Cup
Venue: Panoráma Camping, Orfű
Event Centre: Next to the big tent at the stage
Registration: in the Event Centre until 20:30
Start and finish: in the SE corner of the camping
From the start follow the 200 m long marked route to reach the location of the start at the competition map.
SI readout in the Event Centre.
First start: 21:30
Map: Scale 1:7500, contour interval 5 m, surveyed in 2017.
Terrain: Mid-mountain range forest with occasionally of steep topography and open areas.
Prize-giving ceremony: Prizes will be given to the first three competitors in each class. The prizes will be provided by the Kertész (‘Gardener’) organizers.
